    these state info brochures could not be produced as individual contributions, but had a wide circulation and were translated into various languages - the image of a nocturnal Belgium 'is a star' is also to be found as BIWa- stamp 'enlightenment'... as are other aspects of BIWA investigations thoughout the brochure...
